Like most kinky people I know, we can never have enough toys. We buy most of our stuff like everyone else, but being the creative breed that we are there always seems to be that special toy that we just can't find. Fortunately several of us are rather talented at a variety of crafts. The result has been that we have made some very creative high quality products that we would like to share with you.

Oh, since you are probably just like us - and may not see exactly what you want - we may be able to custom craft something for you.

Use our ORDER FORM. Mail or fax it to us. Enclose payment or we will contact you prior to shipment to arrange payment details.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Special orders may require prior full or partial payment. Custom orders are warranted but not cancelable. We can arrange the appropriate credit card payments or you may place your order and send a personal check or money order in advance of shipment. (Your check must clear prior to shipment.) US funds only.


SHIPPING NOTES

All merchandise is discretely packaged and shipped from Natsby Associates. In-stock merchandise is normally shipped within 2 - 3 days of order receipt. Orders that include custom or out of stock items may be delayed. Please note that many of our items are custom manufactured, so please allow two to four weeks for shipment. We will notify you of any delays in shipping and with an estimated time of arrival. Orders are shipped by the method of our choice. Domestic orders under 3 pounds are normally shipped via Priority Mail, which is usually a 2-3 day service. Heavier orders are usually shipped via UPS which is normally 2 -6 days. Please note that UPS does not ship to post office boxes.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. However, we are proud of the quality and value of the products that we sell, so if you have a problem please contact us. All goods are guaranteed for workmanship. We will gladly repair or replace any defective item for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment. Many of our items are hand made from natural materials and will therefore vary in appearance. Variations in appearance are not defects.
