A highly unusual yet effective nipple clamp that can be worn by some, but not all women. It is a powerful clamp that compresses the breast at the back of the nipple (similar to a bar clamp). Yet the nipple (accessible through the hole) is available for continued stimulation. The clamp can be applied with moderate to severe pressure. Ropes or cords can be run through the rings to tether the slave. When the clamp is tightened down, the breast can support considerable weight. It will be very difficult or impossible to pull them off. Note: Not all women can wear these clamps. Check to see if two parallel fingers can be positioned behind the nipple and pressed together so that the nipple itself protrudes in front of them.
