This is an extremely uncomfortable position. Rae's head and neck are pulled tightly into the post and bent at sharp angles. Her knees are bound to her upper arms and her wrists and ankles are pulled tightly around the post and secured. The hard surface and sharp corners are painful and to make matters worse, the ledge that she is balancing on is really only six inches wide. She is poised over a steep stairwell, so she has to concentrate on maintaining her balance as well.
